The
Stop Smoking Now program will give you positive success in giving
up the smoking habit so long as you follow the 4
simple steps exactly as detailed on this site. This is
what you will do over the next 7 days. And if you have a printer,
you will print out this schedule and stick it on the fridge
door.
One thing you must be prepared for is the physiological changes
and stress you are going to go through. But take heart,
it will all be over and done with in only 7 days, you
must mentally prepare yourself, in other words four days after
you make the start in step 2. By Thursday morning you will no
longer need a cigarette to satisfy the nicotine craving and
you will definitely feel much better and if you keep following
the 4TSC
chart your general health and well being will continue to
improve, especially if you take an early morning brisk walk
for exercise each day.
Step 1.
You have NOW decided that you want to give it up. At this moment
you will give yourself at least three days before step 2. Write
down the day and date in your diary, and on a card reminder
for the fridge door. Also you will write out or print out the
"4 trigger stops chart" (4TSC) And place this
list on the fridge door.
Nothing
will be achieved until you fully realise that you must give
it up. The three days lead up to the full program gives you
the time you need to prepare yourself for the program.
Step
2.
You will now make an appointment with yourself to start.
And the best day of the week to make
this appointment with yourself to start this program is Sunday
Morning from the time you arise from bed.
Step
3.
You now begin the most vital three day and three night stage
of the program. Drinking a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water
each day and following the instructions on the "4
trigger stops chart.(4TSC)"
During this three day period, you
must be very strict in following the "3 trigger stops"
and drink at least 6 glasses of fresh water each day starting
immediately you wake up. By doing so, you will flush out all
of the nicotine in your system, effectively taking away the
substance that was activating the craving.
Step 4.
Stay on the 4TSC for at least another
3 days. You no longer have any need for the nicotine, in fact,
all of the poison has now been flushed out of your system.
It only takes four days for your blood to be flushed out.
You can assist this process by drinking 3-4 cups of "peppermint"
herb teas each day.
