We
are all creatures of habits, and some of our habits are "BAD
HABITS" however, many of our bad habits are linked together,
one actually triggers the other, so in order to stop one, its
necessary to break up the whole chain, to pull one of these
bad one's out.
Most drug addicted users and smokers find themselves needing
a "smoke" with "Coffee/Tea" with a"Coke
drink" with a "Beer" after a spicy meal etc.,
and these food and drink items contain some very damaging components,
so we are going to make a stop to these "Triggers"
in order to achieve our goal, and that is to stop smoking now!
For the next 5 days follow the following list of instructions
in your eating and drinking routine:
