4 Trigger Stops Chart

Disease Prevention
  We are all creatures of habits, and some of our habits are "BAD HABITS" however, many of our bad habits are linked together, one actually triggers the other, so in order to stop one, its necessary to break up the whole chain, to pull one of these bad one's out.

Most drug addicted users and smokers find themselves needing a "smoke" with "Coffee/Tea" with a"Coke drink" with a "Beer" after a spicy meal etc., and these food and drink items contain some very damaging components, so we are going to make a stop to these "Triggers" in order to achieve our goal, and that is to stop smoking now! For the next 5 days follow the following list of instructions in your eating and drinking routine:

  1. NO Coffee or Tea with caffeine and or Tannin.

2. NO "processed sugar" in any drinks, or cereal foods.

3. NO processed sugar mix with any dairy food.

4. NO alcohol drinks.

    Only Drink the water, (min 6 glasses per day)

    Only drink "pure fresh" fruit juices.

    Only drink cereal drinks, with soya milk only.

    Eat plenty of fresh greens, and fresh fruit
